A highly targeted session that spends the whole hour on the lower body and the deep abdominal muscles — expect a serious burn in specific muscle groups rather than a general flow. Best for anyone who wants focused toning and isolation through the glutes and abs. Intensity: moderate to high. You leave with: lower-body tone and real core stability.
Grip socks required — available at the studio. Arrive ten minutes early.

A shaping class that works the waist, obliques and glutes in sequence — side-lying work, rotation and controlled resistance to build the strong, defined midline the name promises. Best for clients who want visible shape as well as strength; every exercise scales up or down. Intensity: moderate to high. You leave with: a worked waistline, stronger glutes, and better rotational control.
Grip socks required — available at the studio. Arrive ten minutes early.

Dorota
Details
A full-body strength class on the reformer with light dumbbells: lower body, arms and shoulders, then core, at a steady tempo to music. Best for every level — each exercise has an easier and a harder option, so it suits anyone who wants strength and definition without the heavy springs of Power Reformer. Intensity: moderate to high. You leave with: toned arms and legs, a stronger core, and the burn of a real strength session.
Grip socks required — available at the studio. Arrive ten minutes early.
