A shaping class that works the waist, obliques and glutes in sequence โ side-lying work, rotation and controlled resistance to build the strong, defined midline the name promises. Best for clients who want visible shape as well as strength; every exercise scales up or down. Intensity: moderate to high. You leave with: a worked waistline, stronger glutes, and better rotational control.
