One price for the whole class, not per person: ฿3,500 covers one or two, and every person after that is ฿1,000. Larger parties than eight are fine — ask. There is no travel charge in Bophut, Chaweng, Plai Laem, Choeng Mon and Maenam; somewhere further along the island may carry a little extra for the drive, and we say so when we agree the time rather than adding it afterwards. One class, one payment — by card, PromptPay, a link beforehand or cash on the day.
That is the price for a fully private class — the teacher comes to you and nobody else is in it. Joining a public class instead is ฿500 per person: the beachfront mat classes are on the weekly schedule.
What the hour is like
Mat pilates is the original form: the deep abdominals, the glutes, the back and the breath, worked with body weight and small props rather than springs. It is precise rather than sweaty, it suits a morning before the heat, and it leaves people standing taller than when they started. A teacher gives every exercise at two or three levels, so a first-timer and somebody who practises weekly get the same hour without either being bored or lost.
Where we come
Bophut, Chaweng, Plai Laem, Choeng Mon and Maenam are included. Further round the island is still fine — Lamai, Taling Ngam, Lipa Noi, Bang Por — and we may add a little for the drive, told to you as one figure before anything is agreed.

- The studio confirms a teacher and the time, and gives you the price for your group.
- Clear a flat, shaded space. Mats and equipment come with the teacher.

The reformer is worth the trip if you have not tried one: one-to-one reformer sessions and group reformer classes run all week in Bophut. The same visit-you arrangement also covers private yoga, and plenty of villa groups book one of each.

- A day or two is usually enough. High season and early-morning slots go first, so ask as soon as your dates are set.
