What a pilates retreat costs, and what you are paying for

Retreat pricing is usually a single large number with the word “all-inclusive” next to it, and you find out at the desk what “all” meant. This is the opposite: what a night at the Isla retreat costs, line by line, so there is nothing to find out.

The nightly rate

Every night includes a group reformer class from the timetable, your ride to the studio and back, both airport transfers, and a welcome kit. The rate depends only on where you sleep:

• Studio apartment, twelve minutes’ walk from the studio, kitchen of your own: from ฿2,900 a night.
• Seaview villa studio on our own estate, breakfast included: from ฿13,300.
• Beachfront suite at a five-star hotel, breakfast included: from ฿13,300 in May, June, October and November, more in high season.

Stay longer and the nightly rate comes down a little; the Isla retreat shows the exact figure for your dates before you commit to anything.

What is an add-on

Private one-to-one sessions, massages, a sound bath, lunches or café credit, a scooter. Each is priced on its own line and you choose it or you do not. Meals are not folded into the rate — a seven-night guest eating fourteen consecutive meals in the same café is not a retreat, it is a menu.

How you pay

Nothing is charged when you choose dates. We confirm the room, then send a link for half; the balance is due thirty days before you arrive. Some of the properties we book into are non-refundable from the deposit onward, and that is shown before you request the room, never after. See the Isla retreat for your dates.

the Isla retreat is a reformer class every day in Bophut, Koh Samui, on the dates you choose — from three nights, with your ride to the studio and back included and a room you pick.
