A pilates retreat in Thailand on your own dates: how Isla works

Most pilates retreats in Thailand sell you a week. Fixed dates, fixed length, a group that arrives together. That works if the week happens to be free; for everybody else it is the reason they never book. Isla’s retreat is built the other way round: you tell us when you land and when you leave, and the retreat fits itself to that.
What every night includes
- A group reformer class every day at the studio in Bophut, your place already booked.
- Your ride to the studio and back, every day.
- Airport transfers both ways — met when you land, driven back when you leave.
- An Isla welcome kit.
That is the whole list, and it is deliberately short. Private sessions, massages, a sound bath, lunch at the café, a scooter — all of these are there to add if you want them, and none of them is quietly folded into the price if you do not.
The rooms
The retreat does not change with the room; only the bed does. There are three places to stay:
- A studio apartment a twelve-minute walk from the studio, with its own kitchen, from ฿2,900 a night. Breakfast is not included — the kitchen is yours.
- Our own seaview villa studio on a private estate, breakfast included, from ฿13,300 a night.
- A beachfront suite at a five-star hotel in Bophut, breakfast included, one of them with a private pool.
How booking works
Choosing dates costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We check the room is free — usually the same day — and only then send a link to pay half. The rest is due thirty days before you arrive. Every room’s own terms are on the screen before you request it. Start with the Isla retreat.
If you would rather try a single class first, the timetable is open to anybody.
Do it somewhere warm, for as long as you like
the Isla retreat is a reformer class every day in Bophut, Koh Samui, on the dates you choose — from three nights, with your ride to the studio and back included and a room you pick. Nothing is charged until a person has confirmed your room. If you would rather start with one class, the timetable is the place.
