"Great experience here as my first time doing Pilates. I enjoyed most of the strength works as well as stretches with teacher Nek and teacher Yui. Good and consistent guidance throughout... The exercises are tough at times, but the entire experience is nothing but fun and rightfully challenging."

"I come here for Pilates quite often — the instructors are great, there are plenty of classes to choose from, and the atmosphere is wonderful."

"My experience at Isla exceeded my expectations. Everything about the visit was wonderful. The trainers are professional and very attentive. The atmosphere is calm, and every detail is cared for... I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a high-quality Pilates experience."
It depends on what you need. For many guests, 7 nights is enough to feel reset. 10 nights is for those who want to go deeper, allow the body to fully settle, and integrate a new rhythm before returning home. It's also the right choice if you're recovering from an intense work period, illness, or major life transition.
Do I need to have Pilates experience?
No. Our instructors regularly welcome guests trying Pilates for the first time, and adjust each class for the mix of levels in the room. As long as you can handle moderate movement without medical restrictions, you'll be in good hands.
Are the Pilates classes private or in a group?
Group classes, typically 5–8 people. If you'd prefer private 1:1 sessions, you can add these as an upgrade.
What are the meals like?
Breakfast every morning at the hotel. Lunch daily at Isla Café — fresh, nutrient-dense menus designed for your journey. Three curated dinners with the group (welcome, midpoint and closing). The remaining evenings are yours to explore Bophut and Fisherman's Village — we'll share our favourite local spots.
How fit do I need to be?
Moderately fit is more than enough. Reformer Pilates is low-impact and easy on the joints.
Where will I stay?
Your accommodation is at The Culture Samui, a 5-star boutique hotel on Bophut Beach. Daily breakfast is included.
What about jet lag?
Day 1 is intentionally light. The structured program begins on Day 2.
What should I pack?
Light activewear, swimwear, comfortable casual clothes. Detailed packing list sent with your booking.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies and more.
How do I get to Koh Samui?
Fly into Samui Airport (USM). We pick you up — included in your retreat.
Can I bring a partner who won't do the retreat?
