RESET is a supportive wellness program, not a medical treatment — we offer no colonic, IV or clinical procedures, and the program is not a substitute for medical care.
Detox cuisine, from our own kitchen
This is where most detox programs outsource. We don't. Every juice, broth and plate is designed and made in-house by Isla Café — clean, nutrient-dense, and genuinely good to eat. A full-board detox menu that nourishes while it cleanses: cold-pressed juices, mineral broths, and light, plant-forward meals that leave you lighter, not deprived.

A guiding rhythm, fully personalised after your opening consultation. Every guest's protocol is adjusted to their body-composition reading and how they feel as the week unfolds.
DAY 01
Arrival & assessment
Airport pickup and check-in from 2pm. Your opening holistic detox consultation and Bio-Impedance Analysis reading — the baseline we build your week around. Your personalised herbal protocol begins. A gentle curated welcome dinner. Early rest.
DAY 02
Begin the cleanse
Morning movement — a gentle group Reformer session to support circulation and lymphatic flow. First detox juices and broths from Isla Café. First infrared sauna and cold plunge. Evening breathwork and sound.
DAY 03
Deepen
Morning movement — beachfront yoga where it falls in the week, or a guided mobility sequence. Lymphatic drainage massage to support the body's natural elimination. Detox cuisine through the day. Sauna and cold plunge contrast therapy. A quiet afternoon by the sea.
DAY 04
Restore the nervous system
Morning movement — a group Reformer session. An extended restorative massage in the afternoon — deeply calming, designed to settle the nervous system. Breathwork and sound in the evening.
DAY 05
Rest day
A deliberate pause. No scheduled sessions. Time on the beach, by the pool, or simply resting as your body recalibrates. Light detox cuisine. This is often the day guests describe as the turning point.
DAY 06
Integrate
Morning movement — a group Reformer session. Abdominal and Chi Nei Tsang-style bodywork. Sauna and cold plunge. A second breathwork and sound session to consolidate the week.
DAY 07
Review & carry forward
Morning movement — a gentle guided meditation and mobility sequence. Your closing consultation and second BIA reading — we walk through your results and build your take-home plan together. Final massage and sauna. A curated closing dinner to mark the reset.
DAY 08
Departure
A slow, late breakfast. Check-out at 12pm. Transfer to USM airport, lighter than you arrived.

Is this a medical or clinical detox?
No. RESET is a supportive wellness program, not a medical treatment. It's a modern, non-invasive cleanse built around nutrition, movement, bodywork and rest. We offer no colonics, IV therapy or clinical procedures, and the program is not a substitute for medical care. If you have a health condition, please consult your doctor before booking and share your history with us in advance.
Why no colonics?
A deliberate choice. Many guests find clinical colonic procedures off-putting, and we believe a well-designed detox doesn't require them. Our approach supports the body's own elimination pathways through nutrition, herbal protocols, lymphatic bodywork, sauna and movement — needle-free and colonic-free, by design.
What is the BIA reading?
Bio-Impedance Analysis — a quick, non-invasive body-composition measurement taken at your opening consultation and again at the close. It gives your detox consultant a baseline to personalise your protocol, and lets you see how your body has responded over the week.
Will I be hungry?
This is not an extreme water-fast. Our detox cuisine is designed to nourish while it cleanses — cold-pressed juices, mineral broths and light, nutrient-dense meals. Most guests feel lighter and clearer rather than deprived.
Do I need Pilates or yoga experience?
None at all. The movement on RESET is gentle and supportive — designed to aid the cleanse, not to challenge you. Every session is adapted to you, and our instructors regularly welcome complete beginners.
Is the program private, or in a group?
Fully private and personal. RESET runs on demand for you — you choose your start date, and every session is built around your body and your consultation. We host a maximum of four guests at any time, so it never feels like a group program.
What are the rooms like?
You'll stay at a genuine 5-star boutique hotel directly on Bophut Beach. Choose between a Deluxe room or a Deluxe Seaview room with a real, direct sea view. Daily breakfast is included. The hotel is 10 minutes from Samui Airport and 7 minutes from our studio.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our kitchen handles vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut allergies and most other needs. Because the detox cuisine is made in-house, we can tailor it closely — tell us when you book.
How do I get to Koh Samui?
Fly into Samui Airport (USM). Direct flights from Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Hong Kong. We pick you up from the airport — included in your program.
Can I bring a partner who isn't doing the program?
Yes. They can share your room and enjoy the hotel and beach freely. We'll quote the additional cost based on shared accommodation and meals.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, cancellation charges apply. Full terms are shared with your booking confirmation. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
When do I pay?
Once we confirm your dates, full payment is due 30 days before arrival. We accept bank transfer and credit card.
When's the best time of year to come?
Koh Samui is warm year-round. January–April is driest. May–October is greener with occasional showers. December is the rainiest. RESET runs all year — your program is the same whenever you come.
